Static Homepage

I would like a static homepage that does not display any pages below the Hero section. Is this possible? My site is http://www.buildingliteracyleaders.com

(In the meantime, I created a “blank” page and made this my homepage.)

I changed the font of that page title to be white, so that it blends in with the page. If there is another way to solve the problem, let me know. Thanks!

The static home page only displays that particular page description. If you want to display posts on our index page then please disable static homepage.
