Hi

Please add the below CSS Code in Additional CSS Box through customizer and change the color value as your need.

For Site Title

.pt-logo .site-title a {
    color: #000;
}

and for site tagline

.pt-logo p {
    color: #000;
}

I added CSS Code in Additional CSS Box.
But on the homepage, before scrolling the site title is displayed in white.
After scrolling changes to black
Site tagline displays correctly
