    I am trying to submit a ticket but I am being told that my license key does not exist. However, it does exist and is a lifetime license. Can you help me?

    Hi @xiantaylor,

    Let us check your license validity. In starting we provided only one year of support for the each license but for now, we providing lifetime support. So give us 2 days’ time so that we can make your license lifetime validity or if any other issue is there we will let you know.

    I have tried logging a support ticket, but the license keys do not work. They say they are ‘active’ but then I get an error that they ‘do not exist’. Can you help?
